We highly recommend you use the Existing Customers page to check on your existing loan, get a new loan, or make payment arrangements. Please note that because Payday-Loan-Yes is a streamlined Internet company, hold times at our customer service center can be lengthy. You can fax your documents to customer service during normal business hours at (800) 605-7419. Returning customers should fax their documents to (800) 642-1836.

New Customers: Please login to the Existing Customers Center to see your current status with your loan. If you should need a status update please contact us via email at status@payday-loan-yes.com. You may contact your loan rep directly with the ext provided on your loan documents. If you are having troubles contacting your loan rep please call customer service at 800-550-6051 and they can transfer you to your loan rep.

Existing Customers: If you are an existing customer in need to speak with someone about payment arrangements, billing, or any existing financial transactions please contact us via email at customersupport@payday-loan-yes.com or if you do not receive an email response back you may call customer service at 800-550-6051.

Returning Customers: If you are an existing customer with a good payment history, have paid off your last loan & you are seeking another loan, you may login to the Existing Customers Center and proceed to receive a new loan or email reacts@payday-loan-yes.com. If you do not receive an email respone you may call the reactivation department directly at 1-800-550-6051 X539.
